The 37th Annual ABOB Olde Alton Arts and Craft Fair Details

Date: December 5th and 6th
Location: Alton High School
Booth Fee: $100 Per Space
Saturday, December 5th: Breakfast starts at 8:00am. The Craft Fair is open 9:00am – 4:00pm.
Sunday, December 6th: Breakfast starts at 8:00am. Craft Fair is open 10:00am – 3:00pm.

Vendor Information & Sign-Up

We invite local artisans, crafters, and makers to showcase their unique creations at the ABOB Olde Alton Arts & Craft Fair. This long-standing community event supports the Alton band and orchestra programs, bringing together thousands of visitors each year looking for high-quality handmade goods.

VENDOR INFORMATION:

The 37th annual Alton Band & Orchestra Builders Olde Alton Arts & Craft Fair will take place Saturday, December 5th and Sunday, December 6th at Alton High School, 4200 Humbert Rd, Alton, IL 62002

Your product must be handcrafted, no wholesale items, imports or kit items will be allowed.

First time vendors➡️ We will need pictures of the items you will be selling. Send 2 or 3 photos of your craft to abobcraftfair@gmail.com. The photos should be clear and close-up.

Booth size (approximate):
Cafeteria spaces are approximately 8X9 or 7X1
Hall spaces are approximately 5X12 or 7X10
Booth sizes may be adjusted to maintain proper clearance.

Two (2) chairs may be available for each space.
Arrangements for tables (if rented) must be made in advance.

THE FAIR COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO ASSIGN YOU A DESIGNATED SPACE. NO
SPECIAL REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED. NO FIRST TIME APPLICATION WILL BE
ACCEPTED WITHOUT PICTURES.

SET UP TIMES:
Friday, December 4th from 7:00 P.M. to 9:00 PM.
NOTICE: FRIDAY TIMES MAY CHANGE DUE TO BASKETBALL SCHEDULE.
Saturday, December 5th from 6:30 A.M. to 8:45 A.M.
SHOW HOURS:
Saturday- 9:00 A.M. to 4:00 P.M.
Sunday– 10:00 A.M. to 3:00 P.M.

Our students will be available to assist you with transporting booth materials to and from your vehicle on Friday during setup and Sunday during teardown. Due to high demand, we kindly ask that you do not request help with unpacking or packing your items.

The cafeteria will be open on Saturday and Sunday for both breakfast and lunch. Students will be available to deliver food directly to your booth if needed.

Craft Fair Registration for the 2027 event will be available in the office on both Saturday and Sunday during the fair.

All proceeds support our band and orchestra students in the Alton School District so that all students have access to our outstanding music program.
