December 29, 2014

Minutes of the November meeting were reviewed. A motion was made by David Fritz to accept them as presented, seconded by Rose Lammers, motion carried. Treasurer’s report was tabled to January 26, 2015 meeting.   TEACHER REPORTS Laura Plummer reported five students made All-State. Alyssa Cudney reported the Marching 100 has a performance at North Elementary for the Marine Welcome Home, Sunday, January 4, 2015 at 2:00 p.m.   COMMITTEE REPORTS

Communications

– no report;

– Tom will add an end of the year donations reminder.

Ways & Means

– Cortney Frosch was unable to attend the meeting.

Craft Fair

– Rose & Kathy report it was successful. Notes for next year include, drawing ticket information for door volunteers, check on a portable ATM, Clarify to students, when signing up with Mrs. Cudney, this is to help Hospitality, & volunteering at doors, kitchen, soda, & booths are separate sign up times.

Vendor Fair

- Looking for volunteer(s) to run. Music to play after Pancakes: possibly Jazzio’s, Winter Percussion, &/or Schumann.

Dinner Auction

– The first meeting was on December 11, 2014. The next meeting is January 8, 2015, 7 p.m. at Ed & Cathy Gray’s home. Disney theme, donation letters go out first week in January, if you know of new Business’, contact Ed. Early February, send out invitations. Saturday, March 14, 2015 is the Dinner Auction.

Button Days

- Possible dates of May 9 or 16, 2015. Jamie Pullen is contacting businesses.   No new business was raised, so the meeting was adjourned at 7:21pm.  Rose Lammers, motion carried, & Mike Haynes seconded. Next meeting will be Monday, Jan. 26 at 7:00pm at AHS.   Respectfully submitted, Vicki Schilling
