• Treasurer’s Report

  • Craft Fair was biggest income

    • Over $30,000 in profit

    • Food changes balanced out

    
    

  • $5600 came in from the Percussion Fundraiser

  • A few random donations came in

  • Laura P: move to accept report for December 2024 & January 2025

  • Blake 2nd

  • All in Favor: passed

  
  

• Teachers Reports 

  • AHS Orchestra

    • All-State: leaving Wednesday afternoon, 5 students going

    • Symphonic going to Illinois State on February 14th

    • Scholarship applications are out for Dunlope and ABOB

      • audition March 10th

      • 2 high school and 2 middle school students

      • ABOB covers half

      
      
    
    

  • AHS Band

    • Bi-State at SIU-E: 16 were accepted

    • All-State: 2 students going

    • Ensemble placements are next week

    • Drum Major clinics have started

    • Solo/Ensemble coming up in March, hosted at AHS

    • Pep Band is wrapping up

      • 7th/8th grade night was awesome

      • Shout out by Elaine Kane on Parent Square

      
      

    • Lovejoy visit playing “Peter and the Wolf” for a 2nd grade class

    • Mattress fundraiser coming up on March 22nd

    
    
  
  

• AMS Orchestra

  • Solo/Ensemble is March 1st

  • Schumann: May 9th & 10th for Music in the Park

  • Orchestra Parents more involved with ABOB

  • Instrumental Technique class during UA was a success 1st Semester

• Committee Reports

• Hospitality: Brad

• Ways & Means: Michael

  • Working on button days

  • Working on Dine Out nights

  
  

• Communications: Louise

  • Trying to keep up with Social Media

  
  

• Technology: Roger

  • Payment for WordPress coming up

    • Can be done through PayPal

    • Will look into paying tonight after the meeting

    
    

  • CRM/fundraiser website

    • Still looking into it, but looks promising

    • Zeffy is the name of the site

    
    
  
  

• Craft Fair: Amy

  • Moved to an online contract: goes straight into an excel spreadsheet

  • Moved to online payments

  • Create a spreadsheet to delegate jobs

  • Kitchen:

    • Discussion held about how to improve the kitchen regarding labor costs, volunteers, food costs, etc. 

    • Heaterz chicken sandwiches will be staying

    • Raise the cost, maybe create a combo

    
    

  • Already have 100 booths for 2025

  • Basket Raffle:

    •  discussion held on donations vs sponsorship

    
    
  
  

• Virtual Auction

  • 43 baskets put together in the shed

  • Need help with donations

    • Take kids and talk to businesses for donations

    • Carry letters to hand out where you shop/dine

    
    

  • Have sections make baskets

  • Have middle school gather gift cards

    • Designated ABOB as one of the memorials
