      1. Pickup for BoBo’s fundraiser on Thursday, October 2nd

      2. Perfect Pastry to kick off soon

      3. Snap fundraiser in November & Craft Fair in December (snap could be delayed or canceled) 

      4. Zeffy: Monthly supporters–no fee– subscription based

        1. Create a small sub committee (talk with Ridgley’s)

      2. 256 total, 222 filled

      3. Emails going out confirming spaces

      4. System of signing up & paying ahead of time has been really beneficial

    1. M100 Uniforms:

      1. ABOB's portion:

        1. Phillips 66 donation. Is there an amount? moving to unfinished business

        2. Rename the Undesignated CD to M100 Uniforms: changed at the Executive Board meeting

        3. $10,000 from 24-25 surplus:

          1. Motion: move $10,000 of the $10,595.60 from 24-25 budget into carry-forward stating that it is delegated for M100 uniforms only

          2. Motion: move the remaining $595.60 from the 24-25 budget into the orchestra repair budget

        4. ABOB needs bids from 2 other uniform companies. moving to unfinished business

          1. Do we have those other bids documented?

            1. We have 2 bids total

    1. Create an M100 Band Camp committee in January to debrief 2025’s band camp
