      2. Bought instruments in the Spring

      2. Dawn Humphrey as been nominated as new treasurer

      3. Cindy and Dawn will be co-treasurer’s for the remainder of the year

               2. Put together in a movie by O’Fallon

               3. Shown on 10/19 & 10/21 in Belleville at the sky-drive theatre

               4. B-roll tape will be filmed Tuesday the 29th

                  1. Interview Ruth as a parent/volunteer

                  2. Interview Ben Duke as a senior

               5. October 8th will record our show IN UNIFORM

               6. Will talk to Kristie Baumgartner about using the new field to record the show

         4. Pickup will be on Tuesday, November 10th starting at 2:00pm

   1. Still contacting crafters

      1. Had 121 crafters

         1. 47--rolled over to 2021

         2. 4--new contracts returned with fees

         3. 8--requested refunds

         4. 62--waiting on responses

1. Dinner Auction

   1. opportunity to do online auction

   2. There are companies that set up and run them

      1. Possible fees

      2. Calling in October for more information

      3. Sponsorship for ads

   3. Decision will be made in January

   4. Laura will be checking into deposit information for 2021 with LCCC

1. Vendor Fair

   1. Jill got information from Civic Memorial

      1. They are doing an online fair through Facebook

      2. Jill will participate in this with her business

      3. She will bring back information to see how it worked so that we can proceed with 2021 if it cannot be held in person
