Meeting was called to order at 6:10pm

Treasure Report- Most transactions were for Craft Fair. Made about $29,000 from Craft Fair

Still waiting on Dine Out from Olga’s

Email from Mr. Vaughn stating that ABOB year end is being fixed by IRS

Laura and Jackie approved budget

High School Orchestra

All state- students did great

Symphonic- ISU Orchestra Festival

Recital- Feb. 27

Contest- March 2

Music Camp Applications- Due date is Feb. 8

High School Band

All state- no kids

Held placement auditions for next year. Will have Symphonic and Wind Ensemble only

Mattress fundraiser will be held end of March

7th and 8th grade night for Pep Band

Drum Major auditions will be held Feb. 9

Prepping for Super State

Middle School Band/Orchestra

Contest is week after highschool 

Prepping for Stringstations (March 21)

Music in the Parks audition
